Why We Do Appraisals

The appraisal process helps our employees reach their full potential and achieve their goals. It involves:

Line Managers?

Each of you will be assigned a line manager. A line manager, or direct manager, is someone within the organization responsible for overseeing and leading a team of employees. They play a crucial role in managing and motivating their team members to achieve optimal performance and contribute to the organization's success.

Line Management Duties at NML

Manage the appraisal process and provide one-on-one feedback on performance, Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to touch base and track performance, Manage the grievances and frustrations of their direct reports, Assist with skills and personal development plans, Assist with the onboarding of new employees.

How We Manage Appraisals

You will be required to complete a self-evaluation, and your line manager will request feedback from the team you work with. This feedback will be presented to you in a one-on-one session with your line manager.

In this session, you will also have the opportunity to discuss your achievements over the past year, areas for growth, recommended training and certifications we can sponsor, and set goals for your personal development.

Appraisal feedback will help determine your annual bonus.
